How are LCL shipments charged?
In most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we charge by CBM. If the gross weight is higher, we charge by KG.
How is volumetric weight calculated?
The formula is: Length (cm) x Height (cm) x Width (cm) ÷ 6000. For example, a 48x45x39cm carton equals 14.04kg. For Global Express, the divisor is 5000.
Do I need to provide customs documents for DDP service?
No. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we handle all customs clearance under our name and deliver directly to your final destination without requiring your EIN or PI.
