Caustic flake bottle filling capping line features:
This automated line is specifically engineered for caustic flakes (not powder or granules). It utilizes a high-precision weighting function to reach 0.1% accuracy, as standard screw feeding systems are insufficient for non-uniform flake materials. Given the highly corrosive nature of caustic flakes, we offer specialized PP versions (Polypropylene) where the entire machine, including screws, is constructed from PP or finished with heavy-duty power paint to ensure long-term durability compared to standard stainless steel.
