The HDPE Pipe Extruder MPP Pipe Extrusion Line is unique in design and adopts BM detachment-type high-speed screw. It features high automation, easy operation, continuous production, stability, and reliability. The manufactured plastic gas pipes possess excellent heat resistance, aging resistance, environmental stress crack resistance, and creep resistance, making them the first choice for municipal gas pipe systems.
This extrusion line can also manufacture large-aperture PE pipes. These pipes are non-toxic, non-odor, and provide high anti-corrosion, aging resistance, and weather resistance. They are ideal for buried or surficial water-supply applications where water temperature does not exceed 45ºC, serving as a superior replacement for zinc-casting, cast iron, and concrete pipes.
