The Sheet Extruder is a comprehensive combination of extruder, head, calender, haul-off, rewinder, and electric control box. The drum, screw, screen changer, and die head are crafted from high-quality alloyed steel featuring high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and extended operating life following nitrogen treatment.
The head utilizes a T-type branch pipe decreasing construction, ensuring solution flow without stagnation for smooth and even product thickness. The felt-wrapped circulation and internal cooling rolls provide a perfect finishing effect.
